Celebrate beneath open skies, rolling hills, and vineyard views at Sunshine Mountain. Our estate offers distinctive private event experiences designed for connection, beauty, and timeless moments.

The Vineyard Terrace

Host a refined private gathering for 25–50 guests with exclusive access to our scenic Vineyard Terrace.

  • Nestled beneath our hillside canopies, this setting offers sweeping views and a relaxed yet elevated estate atmosphere.

  • Venue Fee: $1,000
    Plus a mandatory additional purchase of one case of wine
    (Wine purchase is not included in the venue fee)

  • Exclusive access for 4 hours

  • Events conclude by 7:30 PM

  • Optional extension available until 9:30 PM for $250 per additional hour

  • You are welcome to curate your celebration with outside vendors for furniture, music, catering, and décor. All vendors must provide proof of liability insurance prior to the event.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.

The Estate Experience

For those seeking a truly exclusive celebration, The Estate Experience offers private use of the entire vineyard property for gatherings of up to 120 guests.

  • This option provides a fully immersive setting: from vineyard canopies to open-air terraces — creating an unforgettable backdrop for weddings, milestone events, and large-scale celebrations.

  • Venue Fee: $8,000
    Plus a mandatory additional purchase of two cases of wine
    (Wine purchase is not included in the venue fee)

  • Guests may supply their own beer for an additional $500 fee.

  • Full estate access from 12 PM – 10 PM

  • Additional time available at $250 per hour

  • Included with your reservation:
    • Tables
    • Chairs
    • Wine glasses
    • Post-event cleanup

  • Outside vendors for décor, catering, music, and specialty rentals are welcome. All vendors must provide proof of liability insurance prior to the event.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
