• Wine Club Members: please log in prior to booking to avoid the reservation fee
• Seating areas are thoughtfully assigned upon arrival

Reservation Terms & Estate Policies

We kindly ask all guests to review the following policies prior to their visit. By securing a reservation at Sunshine Mountain Vineyard, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms.

  • Reservations are required to ensure availability beneath our vineyard canopies. Each reservation secures a designated seating area during the selected time window.

    Reservation fees are non-refundable and are credited toward on-site purchases unless otherwise specified. Reservations may not be transferred without prior approval.

    Sunshine Mountain reserves the right to modify seating arrangements as needed to ensure guest comfort and operational flow.

  • Guests are kindly requested to arrive at their scheduled reservation time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced seating duration or cancellation depending on availability.

    If you are running late, please contact the estate as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate delayed arrivals, seating cannot be guaranteed beyond the reserved window.

  • Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on the property.

    Outside food policies are subject to estate guidelines and may be limited during peak periods. Please review current policies or contact us in advance if clarification is needed.

    Sunshine Mountain reserves the right to decline entry or service if outside alcohol is brought onto the property.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • Children and pets are welcome in designated areas of the estate. All minors and animals must remain supervised at all times.

    For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Sunshine Mountain reserves the right to restrict access if supervision guidelines are not observed.tion

  • We strive to maintain a relaxed and welcoming estate atmosphere. Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and fellow visitors.

    Sunshine Mountain reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with estate standards.

  • Groupon reservations remain subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

    Valid vouchers must be presented at check-in. Groupon reservations are governed by the same estate policies outlined above.

    Failure to comply with reservation guidelines may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

  • As an outdoor vineyard estate, seating arrangements may be adjusted due to weather, safety considerations, or operational needs. Sunshine Mountain reserves the right to modify reservations when necessary to preserve guest safety and estate operations.
