Private Events at Sunshine Mountain Vineyard
The Venue
We are pleased to offer several different venues at our vineyard in San Marcos.
Join us for your private event, whether a party, reunion or wedding!
Upper Level - Canopy 1
Host a private event for up to 25 guests in your own shaded canopy area.
Venue Fee: $500 plus purchase of 6 bottles of wine (wine not included in the venue fee).
Your canopy will be reserved exclusively for 4 hours, closed off from the public.
Additional time may be added at $250 per hour.
Afternoon events must conclude by 7:30 PM.
You’re welcome to bring in outside catering or vendors.
All vendors must provide proof of liability insurance prior to your event.
A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.

Lower Level
Host a private event for 25–50 guests with exclusive use of the lower patio.
Venue Fee: $1,000 plus purchase of 1 case of wine (wine not included in the venue fee).
You’ll have private access for 4 hours.
Events must end by 7:30 PM, with the option to extend until 9:30 PM for $250 per additional hour.
You’re welcome to hire vendors for furniture, music, catering, and more.
All vendors must provide proof of liability insurance prior to your event.
A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
The Entire Venue
Host an unforgettable event for up to 120 guests with exclusive use of the entire property.
Venue Fee: $8,000 plus purchase of 2 cases of wine (wine not included in the venue fee).
You may also supply your own beer for an additional $500 fee.
You’ll have full venue access from 12 PM – 10 PM.
Additional time may be added at $250 per hour.
Included: tables, chairs, wine glasses, and cleanup.
You’re welcome to bring in additional vendors for furniture, décor, music, or catering.
All vendors must provide proof of liability insurance prior to your event.
A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
